Candy Lady’s Alternative Ranch is a transitional living program serving young adults ages 18–26. Our mission is to provide safe housing, life skills development, and support for individuals transitioning into independence.

Responsibilities:
Develop individualized service plans
Connect residents to community resources
Monitor progress and maintain documentation
Provide guidance and accountability
Requirements:
Experience in social services, case management, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with at-risk youth
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities in the home
Enforce program rules and structure
Provide mentorship and support
Ensure safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
Experience in group homes, youth programs, or similar
Ability to manage conflict and set boundaries
Dependable and consistent
Responsibilities:
Teach life skills (budgeting, cooking, job readiness)
Provide emotional support and encouragement
Lead group sessions and activities
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills
