Candy Lady’s Alternative Ranch is a transitional living program serving young adults ages 18–26. Our mission is to provide safe housing, life skills development, and support for individuals transitioning into independence.

Open Positions

Case Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized service plans

• Connect residents to community resources

• Monitor progress and maintain documentation

• Provide guidance and accountability

Requirements:

• Experience in social services, case management, or related field

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work with at-risk youth

Residential Staff (House Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities in the home

• Enforce program rules and structure

• Provide mentorship and support

• Ensure safety and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Experience in group homes, youth programs, or similar

• Ability to manage conflict and set boundaries

• Dependable and consistent

Mentor / Life Skills Coach / PRSS

Responsibilities:

• Teach life skills (budgeting, cooking, job readiness)

• Provide emotional support and encouragement

• Lead group sessions and activities

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Passion for youth development

• Leadership mindset
